“We may be more particular than most people. In our room (402), the door to the balcony needs repaired as is hard to open & the shower nozzle needs replaced. Cleaning of the room was just okay/not excellent. Pool area was beautiful & Doc’s was a nice amenity. We were particularly disappointed in the Summit Restaurant, which has excellent service but the food quality was lacking. Everything was heavily over-peppered. Overall Shanghai-La Resort is a beautiful facility in a gorgeous location. We……

“The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Decorations were cute. Location was good, although getting to the dock is challenging. We ran out of tp in both bathrooms day1….no extra anywhere! Needs a good coffee pot…the carafe didn’t fit the pot and was very disappointing as we are all coffee drinkers. Beds upstairs are extremely soft and a little uncomfortable. A soap dish in the showers would be nice…nowhere for a washcloth, soap, shampoo, etc. We really enjoyed the stay…just making suggestions!”
